ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Quantity Surveyor with this consultancy, you will gain hands on experience across a broad range of sectors to deepen your expertise. DUTIES.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Take responsibility for cost plans, budgets, pre tender estimates, and BOQs
• Perform progress claims, variations, cost reports, and cash flows

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Minimum of four years’ experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management
• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Proficiency in CostX is highly regarded
• Prior experience working for a consultancy firm
