As an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, you understand what is required to be successful.

What we are looking for:

Has demonstrated strong cost management skills

Experienced risk assessment

Strong understanding of tax depreciation schedules

Obtained relevant QS Qualifications

AIQS Membership

Strong IT skills to assist with a knowledge of improvement
