DSQ Pty Ltd provides land surveying services to the government, corporate and public sectors. Currently working on projects throughout Australia on various residential and industrial land developments, high-rise units, government infrastructure, infrastructure projects and hydrographic surveys. Our team has professional expertise over many years in all areas of surveying, GIS and land management. We have offices at Warana (Sunshine Coast), Chinchilla and Dalby (Western Downs) and Toowoomba.

DSQ is currently seeking applications for an experienced SBQ registered Surveyor to join our Warana office team. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday (9-day fortnight), with an expected start date in July. As part of this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects located on the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas.

Key accountabilities of your role:

· Accurately carry out and complete surveys as instructed, within normal limits of qualification and experience, ensuring quality checks on all completed field and office work.

· To complete all surveys within the requirements and specifications of the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003, The Surveyors Act 2003, and The Registrar’s Directions.

· Adhere to all DSQ policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and compliant surveying services.

Qualifications required:

- Hold suitable approved tertiary qualifications in Surveying

- Must be registered with the Surveyors Board of Queensland

- Current drivers licence Class: C, Type: Open

- Must be an Australian Resident or have a current Australian Work Visa.

Experience required:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in surveying, including technical skills in using survey equipment and software. DSQ works with Trimble equipment and AutoCAD software.

- Experience with Cadastral surveying highly regarded.
