The Role

We are seeking qualified, professional and passionate Disability Support Workers who have more than 12 months experience in working with people with high intensity needs.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR A SHIFT ON MONDAYS IN THE EVENINGS.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care
• Domestic assistance
• Mealtime management
• Community support
• Ideally you will have experience with hoists, complex bowel care and Urinary catheter experience.

Successful Candidates

The successful candidate will need to be reliable, caring, compassionate and flexible and must have:

• At least 12 months industry experience working with multiple participants
• Hold a relevant Certificate or qualification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
• Current Manual Handling Certificate
• Reliable vehicle and valid Driver's License
• Comprehensive car insurance if transporting participants

The Team

Our Community Care Team will offer you your own dedicated Service Coordinator to provide support and ongoing 1:1 supervision. We also offer 24/7 support from our dedicated after-hours team and hotline.
