CT Labour Hire & Recruitment offer tailored workforce solutions providing short & long term personnel to companies within Building & Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Warehousing and Manufacturing – Blue Collar and White Collar industries.

We are currently seeking to employ candidates in for a large reputable window & door factory in the Yatala area. Production Labourers confident using hand & power tools to make windows and doors. Packaging Assistants to prepare the finished product for dispatch and delivery.

These positions are Monday to Friday, 6am start- some flexibility required for start times.

All applicants must have full & unrestricted work rights within Australia - will not be suitable for those holding a Working Holiday or Student Visa.

To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following selection criteria:

Experience in a manufacturing environment;

Own car and licence- Essential;

Be able to fully commit to Monday to Friday;

Be physically fit and capable to complete manual tasks – the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting, and kneeling;

Able to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions;

Have full PPE including steel capped boots and hi-vis long sleeve shirt, long work pants;

Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent work!
