Trade Assistant – $32.31/hr | Temp to Perm | Kingston
Afternoon shift Available $37/HR

We’re recruiting for one of Queensland’s leading timber manufacturers — a well-established company with a busy production facility in Kingston.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic construction, landscaping, manufacturing or confident operating basic power tools, and is looking for ongoing, stable work with the chance to go permanent after 3 months.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate: $31.23 per hour + super AFTERNOON SHIFT $37PH
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm Afternoon 2pm-12am Mon-Thu
• Location: Kingston QLD
• Type: Casual with view to permanent (after 3 months)

Role Responsibilities:

• Assembling timber roof trusses and wall frames
• Operating nail guns & drop saws as well as other hand/power tools
• Reading basic drawings and measurements
• Working as part of a fast-paced production team

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience using high powered power tools
• Physically fit and capable of hands-on work
• Construction, labouring or manufacturing background (ideal)
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
