The Opportunity
In 2016 our founder, Marty, saw video conferencing hit a tipping point. Cloud platforms like Zoom were making “join‑from‑anywhere” meetings possible — no $50,000 SIP codecs, no months‑long installs. Yet most integrators kept pushing the old, complex gear.
So Merge Technologies launched as Australia’s first certified Zoom integration partner. Our goal: deliver affordable, easy-to-use meeting rooms businesses could roll out in days, not weeks.
Today that challenger spirit still drives us. We’ve deployed 3000+ cloud‑native rooms, added Microsoft Teams Rooms, Google Meet and Webex to our toolkit, and support clients nationwide with 24×7 remote monitoring, proving simpler tech really does mean better meetings.
Suppliers ship boxes and move on. We collaborate and stay. Whether it’s one meeting space, an enterprise deployment, or complete AV‑as‑a‑Service, our dedicated team remains on call for the long haul, so your people can meet without a glitch.
As a result of our continued growth we require the assistance of a Warehouse & Pre-staging Supervisor at our Lane Cove West site to support our procurement and project teams. This role is focused on the management, control and preparation of technology assets moving through our warehouse.
