The Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, resourceful and innovative educational leader to serve and model gospel values. This role will see you inspire our mission of believing in and creating a better world with high-quality and inclusive education for all students.

In this rewarding role, you will nurture and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders and the parish and broader community. As a strategic and operational leader, you will ensure responsible stewardship of financial and capital resources.

You will be part of a Principal group of system leaders who contribute to the development of system-wide priorities.

About You

experienced in effectively leading a connected approach to student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and academics

experienced in effectively leading and managing inclusion and diversity processes

experienced in leading and motivating a team to implement contemporary, high-quality education and service to a school community

an active member of a Catholic Sunday Eucharistic community

working towards or completion of post graduate qualifications in Religious Education, Educational Leadership or Theology

hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland

willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
