The Opportunity

Based at our Brisbane office, we are seeking a Full time Relationship Manager for our Allied health division to play a critical role in the onboarding and integration of new Allied health providers. You will support successful recruitment, foster strong relationships, and help ensure that our Allied health providers meet organisational goals through a streamlined and supportive onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
• Mentor Allied health Professionals and act as a Clinical quality leader remove
• Work alongside Business owners to support and improve clinical frameworks
• Build framework for new allied health providers commencing in the business.
• Lead the onboarding experience for New providers to ensure smooth transitions
• Attend to all queries from our providers related to business set up and billings
• Retain our Allied Health Providers, ensuring a fulfilling experience
• Foster holistic, patient-centred care by working across our networks of Practice Managers, Regional managers and Clinicians
• Deliver training and development sessions to our allied health providers
• Collaborate with the Quality team to align with industry regulations
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
• Travel to our clinics interstate

About You - Our Ideal Candidate

• 5 + years of business management experience within an Allied Health setting (preferred)
• Qualifications related to Allied Health (preferred)
• Willing to travel domestic and hybrid work environment
• Strong understanding of quality care and clinical frameworks
• Experience building or working within a clinical governance structure

A collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
