Job Title: Chef / Kitchen Manager

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills to lead a team and manage kitchen operations
- Experience in food prep, cooking, and maintaining a clean kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- A Mount Isa local or someone willing to relocate (residents preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food quickly and efficiently (within 15 minutes per table)
- Maintain stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food rotation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff as needed
- Collaborate on menu development and contribute to new ideas
- Ensure the kitchen is always clean and ready for service
