Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking a Junior Production Manager for an immediate start with our client located in Clayton Vic. who is a paint & coating manufacturer

This will initially be on a Temp to Perm arrangement, and your standard days & hours will be Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm, but you will be expected to be flexible to meet production demands.

As the junior production manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the production of manufacturing products starts and finishes within budget and on time. You will need to plan, schedule, coordinate and organise different production schedules and activities to ensure all products meet the required quality standards.

You will report directly to the Plant Manager and will manage the Production staff & Machine Operators on the floor including performance management. You will also need to have the ability to coordinate with other business units to fill orders and meet production output . This person would need experience managing a team in a production setting.

• Comfortable with manual handling

• Willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment Drug, Alcohol & Medical tests
• Have full working rights
• Comfortable with working 12 hr shifts if required
