FindStaff are seeking an Experienced Logistics Material Controllers based in Glendenning. Casual ongoing position with view to permanency if all goes well. Seeking candidates for an ASAP start.

Monday-Friday ongoing $37.66ph
7.30am-3.30pm

About the Role
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Material Controller will be a part of a supportive logistics team focused on delivering outstanding results.

Your contribution to the team includes:

• Inbound phone calls (both general line and for customer delivery/return bookings)
• Slot Manager and schedueling responsibilities (booking in couriers and customers inbound/outbound)
• Schedule trucking transport
• Vendor Management
• Purchase Orders
• Inventory Management duties
• Ad Hoc follow ups (invoicing/accounts)
• Actively communicate with customers and be the main point of contact for existing clients.
• Manage stock availability
• Assist with the annual stock‐takes and periodical cyclic counts

About You

• Full working rights
• Ideally logistics knowledge including transport scheduling.
• Technically astute with skills in Microsoft office 365 and all its necessary applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Experience in customer service
• Strong attention to detail and accurate Data Entry skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive and takes the initiative; possess a strong sense of urgency required in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethics, open and reliable
• Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done
