Our client is a leading provider of cold chain logistics solutions, and we are currently seeking experienced and physically fit Forklift Operators with RF picking and packing skills to join their high-performing team, based in Wetherill Park.

This role is based in a cold storage environment, so applicants must be comfortable operating in chilled (0°C to +4°C)and freezer (-18°C to -25°C) conditions, while meeting the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Safely operate forklifts in chiller and freezer environments

Pick and pack frozen and chilled goods using RF scanners

Sorting, labelling and palletising chilled/frozen goods

Manual handling of stock and carton stacking

Loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers quickly and safely using a forklift

Following safety and hygiene protocols

Essential Skills & Qualities:

Ability to work early morning shifts and commit to ongoing, full-time hours Monday to Friday plus OT if and when required

Experienced in operating counterbalance forklifts efficiently within strict timeframes and deadlines, with over 2 years of hands-on experience will be highly regarded

Previous experience or exposure to cold storage environments (chiller and/or freezer) preferred

RF pick packing experience

Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks

Strong reliability and a positive attitude

Must adhere to WHS procedures and wear required cold storage PPE at all times
