The Role:

Joining a high consistent performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication, and of course, results, you will be responsible for:

• Running open homes and private inspections
• Handling buyer and seller enquiry
• Prospecting, including database calls, letterbox drops, and doorknocking
• Booking and conducting appraisals
• Listing appointments
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Base salary + generous commission splits - HUGE OTE!! $$
• RARE 2-day weekend!

The Successful Candidate:

• QLD Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s license
• Previous experience in Real Estate
• MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
• Immaculate presentation
