Eudlo Native Trees Nursery in Palmwoods is a wholesale nursery, we a seeking a nursery supervisor to be responsible for a Customer Interface, Sales and Dispatch. Within our small team the role reports directly to the nursery manager. The role is as the interface to our customers for orders, inquiries and dispatch. Key criteria include strong plant ID capabilities, a nursery background and ability to supervise. Our nursery is growing and specializes in native plants, production starts at 200mm all the way to ex-ground trees. However we sell plants from tubes to Ex-ground as we also source plants from our parent nursery. This is suited to an ambitious person hoping to step up to the next level, potentially growing to a management role as the nursery grows.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

3 years of relevant Greenlife Industry experience

Understands principles of nursery, plant material and landscape products

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

Must hold a current valid driver's license

Understands the principles of the sales cycle

Consistent attention to detail, sense of urgency and problem solver

Ability to think quickly and make decisions

Ability to work both as a member of a team and autonomously as required

Good understanding of managing product inventory
