About the role

As a Sales and Service Representative at Simplicity Australia, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service across the company's extensive network. This full-time position is based in Dalby, QLD, and see you working closely within the sales, service and production team as a key contributor to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Actively identifying and pursuing business opportunities through, leveraging our products with your expertise and communication skills to secure sales, and deliver clear and on time information to our production and engineering teams.

Providing high-quality customer service to our National Dealer network, by attending to their requirements, traveling to and knowing their business, building strong and long-term relationships

Being part of the process to drive and develop the systems that provide clear and attractive product information, functional sales tools, and efficient sales processing for our customers.

Becoming an important and knowledgeable technical resource for dealers and customers to utilise for the correct operation, and trouble shooting processes when using Simplicity products.

Contributing to the overall growth and success of the business through your dedication and commitment to excellence

What we're looking for

Ability to learn, adapt and successfully cover a range of skill sets including both technical product support with sales function and capability

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with your team and our customers

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering results

Keen interest in the Ag and Manufacturing industry's, with a commitment to continuous improvement for Simplicity's products and services.

A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
