As a Member Sales Officer at our Genesis Health + Fitness Taylors Lakes club, you will play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving Genesis Health + Fitness Club.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available for the right candidates.

The role is highly varied but has two clear goals - achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales and marketing activities, and retaining existing members through delivering high-quality customer service.

The roles could include early morning, evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contribute to club sales budgets utilising the various sales promotions and referral campaigns

Generating new leads and marketing opportunities through community outreach, and seeking referrals from new and existing members

Providing club tours and sales presentations to prospective new members

Active involvement in member retention activities

Opening or closing the club when required

Provide exceptional customer service and and contribute to our overall member experience.

Basic cleaning duties do apply on the gym floors and bathroom maintenance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Current First Aid & CPR certificates

Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people with a desire to help people succeed in their goals

Strong communication skills

Customer focused

Fitness Industry sales experience preferred
