About the Role:

As a Retail Operations Assistant, your primary focus is delivering an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. You’ll build meaningful connections with customers, provide tailored product advice, and help them feel supported at every stage of their journey.

In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you’ll support store operations and back-of-house functions. This is a physically active and varied role, involving regular movement throughout the day and some heavy lifting when managing deliveries, stock transfers, and store replenishment.

You’ll support the team with:

Delivering outstanding customer service on the shop floor

Helping customers with product information, purchases, and after-sales care

Inventory management (receiving, organising, and reconciling stock)

Stocktake preparation and execution

Order fulfilment, including Ship from Store, Click and Collect, and RENDR (our delivery partner)

Using platforms like Shippit and Shopify for dispatch and tracking

Visual merchandising and maintaining product presentation

Supporting loss prevention and keeping the stockroom organised

Manual handling tasks including lifting boxes and moving stock

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

Previous customer service and/or retail experience

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence using systems like Shopify, POS, and Shippit (training provided)

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

A readiness to perform physical work, including heavy lifting and constant movement

A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Availability to work weekends and peak retail periods
