The Role
As a Procurement and Inventory Officer, you'll manage procurement processes and inventory control to meet our operational and project needs. You'll source materials, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure optimal stock levels in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, optimising storage and availability.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement and inventory processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, finance, and project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on needs and prepare reports.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience in procurement and/or inventory management.
Proficiency in procurement and inventory management software (e.g., Zoho, MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
