Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement of goods and services in line with company procedures and project timelines

Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules

Raise and manage purchase orders within the ERP system

Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project and operational deadlines

Support tendering processes and vendor onboarding when required

Maintain accurate procurement records and contribute to reporting

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, logistics, and finance teams

What You’ll Need:

3+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support

Exposure to engineering, oil & gas, mining, or similar technical industries

Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
