Are you passionate about agriculture and love working with steel? We're a Clermont-based, family-owned workshop specialising in high-quality steel fabrication for the agriculture and mining sectors.

We are currently looking for a Full-time Cattle Equipment Fabricator to join our team and build gear ranging from cattle crushes and loading ramps, to feeders and custom ag gear - we build equipment that's used every day on farms across the region, state and country!

If you've got strong welding skills, can read drawings, and enjoy hands-on work that supports Aussie farmers, this is the opportunity for you!

🔧What You'll Be Doing:

Fabrication of cattle handling equipment - crushes, yards, ramps, feeders and more

MIG welding and steel assembly using jigs and plans

Reading and interpreting workshop drawings

Working within a team to deliver high-quality gear within deadlines

Ensuring durability and function for real-world farm conditions

🛠️What We're Looking For:

Trade-qualified boilermaker or experienced metal fabricator

Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills

Ability to read workshop drawings and follow specifications

A positive attitude, good communication, and a strong work ethic

A genuine passion for the agricultural industry and understanding of rural needs

Driver’s Licence (mandatory)

Roster: Monday to Friday (overtime available)

Hourly Rate: $50–$65/hr, flat rate, based on experience

Accommodation: Can provide short-term accommodation and assistance with rental applications

Work Type: Full-time permanent
