TMF Welding is on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated team member to join our crew! This is not your average welding gig – we’re offering the chance to get involved in something a little different: welding for tiny homes.

Whether you’re a 3rd or 4th year apprentice, or a qualified boilermaker/metal fabricator, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who takes pride in their work

Positive, can-do attitude

Reliable, punctual and physically capable

Willingness to help out across the workshop when needed

Good eye for detail and safety

Experience with MIG welding and structural fabrication preferred

Bonus if you have:

White card

Forklift, EWP or confined space ticket

Drivers licence and own transport
