Your New Role

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and interpreting grade control and resource drilling programs that directly support production performance and resource development at the C4 Wiluna West Iron Ore Project. Provide accurate and timely geological inputs to support daily production, block designs, and reconciliation processes.

Deliver high-quality geological reporting, analysis, and technical documentation.

Actively participate in safety leadership and environmental compliance initiatives.

About You

You are a motivated and detail-oriented geologist who combines technical strength with a proactive, collaborative mindset. You enjoy the challenge of balancing fieldwork with data interpretation and thrive in a dynamic operational setting where your input shapes daily production and long-term planning.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor of Science in Geology, Earth Sciences, or equivalent.

2+ years’ experience in open pit mining, ideally within iron ore.

Strong geological logging, mapping, and interpretation skills.

Familiarity with grade control estimation, wireframing, and resource evaluation principles.

Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Strong commitment to safety, environmental standards, and continuous improvement.

Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass site medical and induction requirements.
