This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects spanning Residential, Industrial, Health, and Retail sectors, leveraging your expertise in building services.

Requirements -

• $150,000 package (Will depend on candidate's experience)
• Multidisciplinary Consultancy
• Responsible for all Fire Protection design from concept, schematic through tender and IFC and Construction Assistance.
• 10 years' experience
• Indepth knowledge a must
• Good Comms
• Must be able to present to FRV, understand latest Code requirements
• Ability to list and submit R129 schedules
• Wet Fire – Sprinklers, Hydrant, Hose reels, Fire extinguishers, Dry Fire possible (bonus)
• Full time in office (CBD)
• Revit - Potential to include own modelling
• Start ASAP

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in the consulting or building services industry
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
