About the Role:
- We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Team within the Angiography Department on a permanent full-time basis.
- Scrub/scout for Angiography and electrophysiology procedures such as coronary angiograms +/- PCI, cardiac electrophysiological studies +/- catheter ablations, interventional radiology, and cardiac device implantation.
- Provide pre & post procedure care.
- Possibly be on-call once competencies completed.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of supplies and equipment, including set-ups for procedures.
About You:
- AHPRA registration.
- Demonstrated experience in Angiography and/or Theatre Scrub as Registered Nurse. Minimum 2 years post graduate experience.
- A postgraduate qualification/s would be advantageous.
- Ability to display sound theoretical knowledge with excellent technical, practical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of legislation relevant to nursing practice.

About The Mater:
In this role you will be based at the Mater hospital, North Sydney.
- One of Sydney's premier private hospitals.
- Close by to train stations at North Sydney, St Leonards, and Crows Nest, and buses on Pacific Highway.
- The only Australian hospital that is a member of the International Society of Orthopaedic Centres.
- Core specialties include Obstetrics, Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements, bone and sports injuries, cardiology, cancer care and surgery, lung and vascular medicine, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, endocrine surgery, and neurosurgery.
