About the role:

Deliver engaging in-class training and live coaching

Support new agents during real calls and sign-off phases

Design targeted workshops to close skill gaps

Partner with Sales Managers to lift capability across the board

What you’ll bring:

Sales coaching or training experience (ideally in a regulated environment like insurance or finance)

A confident, motivating facilitation style

Great communication, leadership and performance feedback skills

The ability to identify what’s holding someone back—and help them move forward
