Your Mission

As Head of Sales you’ll lead our national growth strategy, drive team performance, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll oversee sales of our innovative solutions. From solar, hot water heat pumps to LED lighting and Air Conditioning, and push us toward our goal of becoming Australia’s #1 energy efficiency provider.

Team Leadership: Inspire and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer experience and manage Google reviews to ensure top service.

Growth Strategy: Develop partnerships and explore new markets in line with our growth goals.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + performance bonuses up to $15,000 per quarter (OTE $210k+).
