Carino Management Services Pty Ltd is currently looking for a permanent part-time Registered Nurse for our facility in Russell Lea. The Registered Nurse will report to the Care Manager and will perform the following:

Liaising with health practitioners, including GPs and allied health providers to ensure changes in resident care needs are reported and reviewed with prescribed changes to clinical care implemented and evaluated.

Carrying out a comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment of individuals.

Develop plan of care with the primary aim of providing optimal quality of life for the individual in consultation with the Resident or Representative

Coordinating and monitoring the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.

Timely and accurate documentation within the clinical software programs

Liaising with other members of the health team, to identify resident care needs, plan interventions and review outcomes of care.

Maintaining accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing services.

Overseeing care staff and delegation of care
