Dentsply Sirona is looking for a dynamic and driven Clinical and Consumables Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team in Gold Coast. In this role, you'll promote and sell a wide range of dental consumable products, working alongside a regional team of specialists across SureSmile, Equipment, and Implantology portfolios.

About the Role

As part of our field-based sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales and growing market share within your territory. Your success will come from building strong relationships with dental professionals, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions backed by Dentsply Sirona’s world-class products and clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual territory sales plans aligned with national strategies

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market share

Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations

Record activities in CRM and conduct monthly sales analysis and reporting

Participate in clinical education events and coordinate with KOLs and technical teams

Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

About You

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in dental or healthcare

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-focused mindset

Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Formal sales training and a relevant qualification are highly desirable
