About the Role:

As our Marketing Manager, you'll be the engine behind all things marketing — from creating compelling campaigns to driving digital engagement and building strong community connections. You'll manage our marketing strategy across multiple dealerships and help make Toyota not just a car, but a feeling.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Developing and executing marketing plans that excite and engage

Driving digital and traditional campaigns that deliver real results

Managing our social media with flair and fun

Collaborating with our sales, service, and leadership teams

Analyzing campaign performance and always improving

Keeping our brand fresh, bold, and unmistakably Toyota

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of marketing experience (automotive industry a bonus, but not essential)

A strong understanding of digital platforms, content creation & branding

Someone who lives and breathes creativity — and can back it up with solid strategy

A positive, energetic personality who loves working with people

Strong communication and project management skills
