About the Role:

This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal configuration, performance, and use of the financial systems for our client.
As a key member of the finance transformation initiative, you’ll be responsible for analysing business needs, identifying areas for system and process improvement, and delivering solutions that drive financial efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and external vendors on Finance System related initiatives.
• Analyse current financial processes and system capabilities to identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements for system enhancements and new features.
• Lead the implementation of the Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, etc.).
• Work with stakeholders to develop reporting and dashboard solutions using tools.
• Support system configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, and training activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial system functionality.
• Assist in maintaining system integrity, data quality, and user access controls.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally with a focus on implementing Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and accounting principles.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical solutions.
• Proven experience in Financial ERP implementation projects, preferably AP/AR/GL.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary:

Up to 150k + super
