Due to expansion & a rapidly growing network, they are looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to join the team. The company prides itself on quality products & outstanding customer service. This role has career progression and the business continues to expand.

The Role
Reporting to the HR Director you will be required to partner the Sydney operation which includes multiple sites across the metro region. Key areas of focus:

• Business Partnering
• Compensation and Benefits
• Performance Management
• Workforce Planning and Recruitment
• Industrial & Employee Relations
• Learning & Development
• Onboarding/Offboarding
• Continuous Improvement
• "Hands On" Role

Preferred Experience

• The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within the Australian workplace.
• You will have a proven background preferably in a retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or a logistics environment
• You will have a degree / diploma in HR or related discipline - preferable
• Blue and white collar experience ideal
• Capability to plan effectively, prioritise and to deliver in a timely and efficient manner
• Outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work with people on all levels in the business
• Ability to multitask in a highly pressurized environment
