You will enjoy a varied role in which you will provide training, consultation, monitoring, auditing and governance support to ensure all procedures and regulatory requirements are implemented at the project level and are effective.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the improvement of the projects HSE performance through consultation, monitoring and advice.
• Review, monitor and report on project HSE key performance indicators.
• Provide advice and direction for the proper implementation and administration of the HSE Management Systems.
• Carry out regular HSE inspections to monitor compliance to safe work practices.
• Assist with the internal audit program in relation to HSE.
• Conduct Project HSE Assessment and produce an assessment report for each project along with issued NCRs and OFIs.
• Participate in the company's external audit program including assisting the project teams to close out corrective actions.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of current legislation.
• Ensure incident reporting and investigation procedure is implemented.
• Monitor projects to ensure the quality of information recorded in Hammertech.
