They do a lot of work for repeat clients and pride themselves on their ability to build long lasting relationships with subbies and clients.
They do a mixture of projects including Health, Industrial, Large CBD projects, Education and Commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities:
As the Safety Advisor you will be responsible for the way the sites manage their safety. The role centres around internal auditing, working with the onsite clients safety representative, educating site teams on best safety practices, preparing safety plans for high risk activity, ensuring company procedures and policies are followed and providing assistance with anything that will improve the HSE at the company.

Your Background:
To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Experience as a HSE Manager or a Senior Safety Advisor on commercial or new build construction projects over $100 mil.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements on building sites.
• Local experience working for either a Tier 1,2 or 3 Builder
• Strong communication skills and have the ability to build strong relationships with Site Manager's and Sub-Contractors
• Be professional, personable and have proven experience leading a team.
• Ideally have used a HSE software system like hammertech.
• Must have like for like experience and have done NEW BUILD construction projects to be considered for this role
