With a strong pipeline and big ambitions, they’re on the lookout for an experienced HSE Advisor who’s ready to jump on board and help shape the safety culture across some seriously impressive builds.

Your Day-to-Day

• Keeping communication clear, confident, and calm, even when things get a little spicy
• Applying your deep knowledge of the Australian Standards like a pro
• Building solid relationships with workers, stakeholders, and everyone in between
• Getting stuck into incident investigations and reporting – because prevention > cure

What We’re Looking For (non-negotiables):

• Minimum Cert IV in WHS/OH&S
• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated HSE role (Class 2 space)
• Commercial high-rise/high-density project experience – not your first rodeo
• Head contractor background – you’ve been in the thick of it
• Up-to-date knowledge of OH&S legislation and how to actually apply it on site
