About the role

Strive Fitness' is seeking an experienced Fitness Club Manager / Sales to join our passionate team at our Revesby location. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fitness club, driving sales and membership growth, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our members.

What you'll be doing

Manage the overall operations of the fitness club, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, club maintenance and cleanliness and inventory management

Lead and motivate a team of fitness instructors, personal trainers, and customer service staff

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones

Provide excellent customer service and address member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations

Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives and best practices

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a fitness club management or sales role

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in budgeting, staffing, and operations management

Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, and a desire to motivate and inspire others

Relevant qualifications in sports management, business administration, or a related field
