We are seeking a high performing club manager. This is a full-time role for a reliable and enthusiastic team member with a great personality. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for driving member engagement, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of passionate fitness professionals and much more. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and market leading brand.

Key Tasks

Manage the overall operations of the gym, including staffing, member services, sales, and daily operations

Develop and implement strategies to increase membership, member retention, and overall gym performance

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the gym's team of Personal Trainers and Customer Service Representatives

Foster a positive and motivating culture within the gym, encouraging team collaboration and member experience

Analyse gym performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with the senior management team to continue to grow and improve the clubs performance

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
