We are looking for our some superstars! If you are a goal-oriented, high achiever we want you to join our team as Club Manager Full time.

As Club Manager, you'll wear many hats. You are one of the faces of the business; a passion to help people is a must! We want you to create a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere for all members. Taking care of our Members is as equally important as growing your club.

You are also responsible for the success of the business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Build a relationship with all the members and know each by their first name.

Membership Growth:

Implementing Marketing Campaigns.

Execute all aspects of the sales & marketing process.

Lead Generation & Outreach with guidance from your Manager

Meeting monthly sales & performance targets.

Creating promotional partnerships & opportunities.

Establish our kick-ass culture whereby members never want to leave .

Drive and manage the club's social media pages.

Manage administrative aspects of the business

Skills Required

BE HAPPY!

Excellent oral and written communication

Be naturally great with people

Meticulous attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Good natural sales person - Min 1 years experience in a Sales Role required

Strong Listening skills and ability to be guided by your Manager

Good time management skills.

Be efficient!

Computer literate
