$35–$40/hr + 5 Weeks Leave

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a full-time Lead Educator to guide our newly opened 2-year-old room. You’ll work alongside two supportive Assistant Educators and report to the Centre Director, leading a space that celebrates child-led learning, gentle routines, and culturally inclusive practices.
What you’ll do:
Lead planning in line with EYLF and National Quality Standards
Support key developmental milestones across wellbeing and language
Foster strong, respectful family partnerships
Mentor and guide assistant educators and trainees
Ensure safety, compliance, and a nurturing learning environment
About You
You’re calm, compassionate, and committed to education from the heart. You’ll bring:
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Educator
A valid Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Child Protection and Food Safety training
Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and programming cycle
Bilingual abilities or experience in values-based education is a plus.
