About the role

Accu Group is seeking a skilled Pressbrake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Griffith NSW. This is a full-time permanent position, offering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

What you'll be doing

Operating pressbrake machinery to bend and shape metal components to precise specifications

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to ensure accurate part fabrication

Setting up and adjusting pressbrake equipment for optimal performance

Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery

Working closely with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Pressbrake Operator in a manufacturing environment

Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with machinery

Excellent attention to detail and quality focus

Flexible and adaptable to changing production priorities

Commitment to workplace health and safety
