Client Liaison Officer – NDIS & Aged Care Services (Part-Time | 3 Days)

🕒 Hours: Part-Time (3 days per week — days negotiable, with potential to grow too full-time)

As our client base continues to grow, we’re seeking a warm, professional, and proactive Client Liaison Officer to join our close-knit team and help us continue to deliver excellence in care.
👩💼 About the Role
As our Client Liaison Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients — providing responsive support, resolving concerns, and playing a key role in shaping the client experience.
You’ll represent our business at community functions, build relationships with other providers and coordinators, and contribute to our growth by helping us reach more people who need our services. This is a rewarding, varied role for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and wants to build a meaningful career in community care.
This role starts as part-time (3 days per week, negotiable) with the strong potential to expand to a full-time position as our services continue to grow — ideal for someone who wants to grow with us.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with participants, families, and coordinators
• Respond to client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
• Assist with creating and reviewing individualized care plans (NDIS & HCP)
• Conduct regular check-ins and local home visits
• Distribute and analyze client satisfaction surveys
• Identify gaps in service delivery and present ideas for improvement
• Attend local community events and represent our organization positively
• Network with external providers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
• Follow up with new clients to ensure smooth onboarding
• Collect evidence of client progress for NDIS and HCP reports
• Attend monthly board meetings and share client feedback with leadership
• Support general admin tasks as needed (calls, rostering, audits, documentation)
✅ What You’ll Need
• Experience in a similar client-facing or administrative role
• Strong understanding of the NDIS and Home Care Package programs
• Commitment to person-centered and trauma-informed care
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Confident, community-facing presence with a genuine passion for people
• Computer literacy (CRM systems, MS Office, email)
• Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for local travel
• Positive attitude, initiative, and a desire to grow with us
