Rostering Officer (12-Month Fixed Term)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Rostering Team.
Position: Rostering Officer
Location: ALARA QLD Limited
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (Flexibility required for after-hours rostering)
Term: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Immediate Start)
About the Role:
As part of our Rostering Team, you will play a key role in ensuring effective, efficient, and client-focused workforce scheduling. The position requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria:
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent – desirable
Minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience (preferably in rostering)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Experience using data systems – TRACCS experience desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and related applications
Must meet all mandatory requirements including Health Directives, where applicable
Ability to work flexible hours, including participation in after-hours rostering
Start Date: Immediate
