About the Role

Join a team dedicated to enabling innovative scheme platforms that support participants, staff, providers and partners. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate, communicate, and contribute across high-impact projects improving essential national services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing project and program strategies
• Provide coordination and administrative support to project teams
• Manage reports, risk logs, and issues registers with accuracy
• Support project communications and stakeholder engagement
• Organise and coordinate meetings, workshops, and team cadences
• Maintain project documentation and uphold process consistency

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a similar project, PMO or admin-focused role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence is a plus
• Willingness to learn and contribute to accessible program design

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
