Our Global IT Client is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage their Device Seeding Program in Sydney. This 12-month contract offers a fantastic chance to work with innovative tech products and a supportive team.

Contract Role: 12 Months
Rate: $40 - $45/hr + Super
Location: North Sydney
Hybrid Work: Initially 5 days in office for initial onboarding weeks then 50:50 (Mon & Wed in office)

The Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of device loans, returns, and stocktakes across ANZ. This includes daily request management, coordinating product launches, assisting sales teams, maintaining program documentation, and running essential reports. It's a dynamic, operations-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily device loan/seed requests, extensions, and returns.

Coordinate twice-annual stocktakes at vendor warehouses in Sydney.

Support sales teams with program processes and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain program documentation, SharePoint, and manage the program mailbox.

Oversee asset disposal/recycling and manage vendor catalogues.

Generate monthly stock reports and reconcile inventory.

Assist with product launches and coordinate device giveaways/returns.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years’ experience in admin, operations, or customer service.

Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).

Ability to manage high-volume workloads and prioritise effectively.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable approach.

Calm under pressure, especially during fast-paced product launches.
