Lead the finance function end-to-end in a business that values trust, impact, and autonomy.

This is not your typical finance role, you’ll have full ownership of the function, working directly with decision-makers to shape the financial future of the business.

What you’ll be doing

• End-to-end management of all finance operations: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and compliance;
• Business partnering with key stakeholders, including the CEO and leadership team;
• Providing strategic insights to drive growth and operational efficiency;
• Overseeing external relationships, banks, auditors, and advisers;
• Managing month-end and year-end processes with precision and autonomy; and
• Implementing process improvements and building scalable financial systems.

What you’ll bring

• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, you enjoy rolling up your sleeves;
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience;
• Proven experience managing the full finance function;
• Strong commercial acumen and the confidence to advise at exec level; and
• Excellent communication skills, you’ll be the trusted financial confidant for the leadership team.
