About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our aluminium door production team in Epping VIC. You’ll be fabricating and assembling doors and cavity systems using hand and power tools, following set specifications.
This is hands-on, physical work where consistency, focus and quality matter. You’ll be trained in the specifics, but we need someone who can get up to speed quickly and understands what it means to take pride in the work.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium doors and joinery
- Follow set job specs and quality standards
- Handle and move materials safely
- Keep your area clean and organised
- Communicate clearly with your team and lead
- Pitch in wherever needed to keep production moving
What You’ll Bring (Experience)
- Experience in hands-on work like manufacturing, trades or warehousing
- Prior experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints (preferred, but not essential)
- Prior experience using CNC (Computer Numerical Control machine) will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Comfortable using tools
- Physically fit and reliable
- Focused on quality, safety and teamwork
- Willing to work full-time in Epping, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
- Can pass a pre-employment medical and police check
- A forklift licence will be highly regarded, but not essential (or willing to get a forklift licence)
