About the role

T2 Care Support Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join their dynamic team. In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalised care. The role is based in Ballarat, VIC 3350.

What we're looking for

Strong Male workers, aged between 25-35 years, with a genuine interest in bike riding, outdoor activities, pets and music

Commitment to 2-3 shifts per week, including sleepover shifts. Immediate start!

Previous experience providing direct care and support to individuals with disability, mental health conditions, complex needs and Behaviours of concerns.

A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification

A compassionate, empathetic, and person-centred approach to care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships

Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

All NDIS checks, full comprehensive car insurance and own reliable car

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as administering medication, meal preparation, and household tasks

Facilitating social and recreational activities to support clients' wellbeing and community participation

Advocating for clients' rights and ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect

Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with organisational and legislative requirements

Collaborating with allied health professionals and family members to develop and implement client-centred support plans

Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
