Job Summary:
McDonald's Bathurst is seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Store Manager / Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor you will be responsible for a team of 25 managers over 3 restaurants employing over 300 staff. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. This position requires flexibility to work across all shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays, to support our round-the-clock operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and motivate crew members to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

Manage shift operations, including cash handling, inventory control, and compliance with McDonald's policies and procedures.

Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing complaints promptly and professionally.

Train and coach team members to uphold McDonald's operational excellence.

Monitor and maintain food safety standards in line with company and local regulations.

Collaborate with the management team to meet sales targets and operational goals.

Handle opening and closing procedures as required for any shift.

Requirements:

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including 24/7 shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays).

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in fast food, retail, or hospitality.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick, effective decisions.

A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Basic numeracy skills for cash handling and inventory management.
