We’re reopening soon with a fresh new fitout, new equipment, and big ambitions — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape where we go next. You’ll work closely with the owner to evolve our bread offering, lift quality, experiment with new techniques, and make your mark.

About you

You’re a confident, skilled baker with at least 5 years’ experience.

You’ve got solid sourdough skills - fermentation, shaping, baking - and high standards for quality and consistency.

You want to own your craft end to end: mixing, shaping, scheduling, oven work, and quality control.

You’re reliable, organised, and thrive in an environment where you can take initiative and work independently.

You’ve got ideas, standards, and want to keep improving your skills.

We’re a well-regarded artisan bakery in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs, known for our quality small-batch bread and pastries. As we prepare to relaunch our space, we’re looking for someone who wants to help us raise the bar and lead the bread offering going forward.
