About the role

Bakers Delight Langwarrin is seeking a qualified baker to join our team in our bakery located in Langwarrin, Victoria. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in providing our local community with fresh, high-quality baked goods on a daily basis.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and production schedules

Ensure all baked products meet company quality and presentation standards

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all food safety and hygiene protocols

Collaborate with the team to optimise production workflows and identify areas for improvement

Provide exceptional customer service to our in-store customers, when required.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified baker in a bakery environment

Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and production methods

Excellent attention to detail and ability to consistently produce high-quality baked goods

Effective communication and teamwork skills
